Responsibilities

• Manage all staff activities and meetings, creating collaterals for internal and external purposes.
• Drive organizational special projects and Engineering stakeholder relationship management.
• Develop strong lateral connections with business groups.
• Create and define business processes within the Engineering organization or specific functions.
• Integrate standard operations functions like HR, Finance, and Staffing, working with external teams and customers on planning and reviews.
• Drive day-to-day schedule and execution operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor/software industries.
• Strong understanding of FPGA products and technologies.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred but not required.
• Strong networking abilities and leadership capabilities.
• Resourceful and trustworthy with sensitive information.
• Strong business acumen and organizational savvy.
• Ability to coach senior leaders and staff for strategic objectives.
• Skills to understand and interpret industry trends and drive strategies.
