In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional, non-clinical personal care and caregiving services to enable clients to remain healthy and independent in their home and community settings. You will assist clients with instrumental activities of daily living while encouraging self-care and independence. Your work will directly influence clients' quality of life through promoting patient safety, hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, and social engagement. Responsibilities

  • Enhance clients' well-being and quality of life.
  • Provide direct client care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
  • Provide transportation, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping as needed.
  • Support clients in completing activities of daily living.
  • Promote patient safety, hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, and social engagement.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Identify and escalate unsafe or inappropriate conditions calmly and appropriately.
  • Work comfortably in diverse client homes and respect various personalities and behaviors.
