About the position

The Amazon Account Manager for Clinical Resolution Laboratory is a full-time on-site role focused on managing products, sales, ad campaigns, and promotions across various digital sales channels, including Amazon and Walmart. The position aims to drive sales growth and develop effective strategies for the eCommerce business, requiring a strong understanding of the beauty and health industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage products, sales, ad campaigns, and promotions on Amazon, Walmart, and other digital sales channels.
  • Continuously update knowledge and strategies for the beauty and health industry and eCommerce selling tactics.
  • Source new product ideas and conduct research to implement eligible ones.
  • Improve existing products to boost sales further.
  • Optimize SEO, keyword ranking, product listings, ad campaigns, and promotions continuously.
  • Drive healthy traffic to targeted listings on Amazon and other platforms.
  • Arrange promotions as directed by the team leader.
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance overall performance.
  • Provide data-driven reports with insights on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Explore and recommend potential expansion into Amazon overseas markets and other marketplaces.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central (required), preferably 5 years.
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon overseas markets, Walmart Seller Center, and Shopify.
  • Strong data analytics skills and self-motivated in a collaborative manner.
  • Advanced Excel skills for functions and tools.
  • Strong communication skills and a focus on delivering unique value to the team.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment with rapidly changing priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Amazon Keywords/Listing Optimization (5 years preferred).
  • Experience with Amazon PPC (5 years preferred).
