About the position

SkyWest Airlines is offering the AMT Pathway Program, designed for exceptional student mechanics to join the company while continuing their education. This program provides a unique opportunity to build relationships within SkyWest Airlines as participants work towards graduation and obtaining their A&P certification. Participants will benefit from enhanced eligibility for health and travel benefits, mentorship from experienced SkyWest mechanics, reimbursement for A&P test fees, and exclusive operational experiences. Upon completion, participants are guaranteed a final interview for a Level I Mechanic position at SkyWest Airlines.

Requirements

• Maintain attendance and good standing within school/program
• Be within 2 months - 2 years from completing your A&P certification
• Verbal and written communication skills
