About the position
The Analyst, Actuarial - Medicare Supplement position at CVS Health is designed to support the Senior Supplemental Insurance Actuarial team in the annual rate filing process for Medicare Supplement products. Responsibilities
- Create and file Medicare Supplement rate recommendations to various State Departments of Insurance
- Communicate directly with various State DOIs concerning objection questions
- Assist with experience analysis
Requirements
- 0-2 years of actuarial experience
- 1+ actuarial exams passed
- Prior experience working with Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and problem solving skills
Nice-to-haves
- Prior Actuarial work experience
- 2+ Actuarial exams
- Exposure to either SERFF, data manipulation via coding, or model building
- Experience working with SQL, Python, VBA, and/or SAS
