About the position

The Analyst / Communicator role within the Communication & Engagement Solutions Community focuses on enhancing employee experience through effective communication strategies and engagement solutions. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that address complex client challenges, including Total Rewards communications and organizational transformation. The role requires strong business acumen, project management skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients with communication and engagement strategies, HR and reward communication/digital solutions.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional teams to plan, organize, and deliver client engagements.
  • Develop communication production timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Write and edit materials for client employee experience projects, ensuring accuracy in benefits descriptions.
  • Act as a liaison with internal support staff and clients to ensure clear communication and accurate data transmission.
  • Contribute to new business development by drafting statements of work, project plans, and budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, graphic design, business or technology, communications or marketing.
  • Knowledge of current communication and change management trends, marketing, and technology.
  • Strong written, web, and oral communication skills with creativity and technical expertise.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of agile principles and design thinking.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with employee experience software (Embark) and other digital solutions.
  • Familiarity with behavior change and change management methodologies.
