About the position

The Analyst III Vendor Governance role at Ahold Delhaize USA is responsible for coordinating the ongoing governance of vendor cost or policy change requests from suppliers. This position involves data coordination, information preparation, and records management while handling confidential information. The role supports the vendor governance manager and collaborates with various internal teams to drive continuous improvement in vendor governance operations, ensuring compliance with FDA requirements under the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate ongoing governance of vendor cost or policy change requests from suppliers.
  • Prepare and manage data and records related to vendor governance.
  • Communicate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and supplier partners.
  • Work with internal stakeholders on vendor setup and compliance with FSVP guidelines.
  • Collaborate with third-party compliance support and manage invoices for FSVP.
  • Manage the cost change intake process on behalf of sourcing teams.
  • Provide expertise in Microsoft Flow and SharePoint for managing processes.
  • Support and develop impact analysis for Sourcing and Category Managers.
  • Execute ad hoc requests, analysis, and improve user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • 2+ years of related reporting experience in Sourcing, Negotiating, Category, and vendor management.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft suite of tools.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, DSS Micro Strategy, Power Query, and Access preferred.
  • Strong research and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated strength in communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with retail math and exposure to P&L's.
