About the position

The Analyst, Privacy E&C Programs will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating program activities related to privacy, ethics, and compliance. This position involves providing guidance, contributing to data-driven process improvements, coordinating training and communication activities, and responding to privacy breach incidents. The role is designed for individuals who are passionate about privacy and compliance and are looking to grow their skills in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the efficient internal operation of Privacy and E&C Programs including data analytics and reporting.
  • Draft, coordinate, and administer training, awareness, and communications materials for all E&C programs.
  • Provide front-line privacy breach incident response activities, including collection of relevant information and initial assessment of breach materiality.
  • Provide front-line privacy & E&C support and guidance to internal and external partners.
  • Regularly monitor general mailboxes and phone-lines, providing timely support to Privacy and E&C Programs teams.
  • Maintain an understanding of Canadian and US federal, provincial and state laws and regulations impacting Privacy and E&C Programs.
  • Support Program team in risk assessment and monitoring activities.

Requirements

  • Business administration experience and related degree or diploma.
  • 4+ years of experience in comparable roles.
  • Collaborative, positive, and flexible working style.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and/or activities.
  • Sound information management and data analytics experience.
  • Knowledge of internal training, communication and awareness tools, functions and processes.
  • Knowledge of privacy, ethics & compliance, including laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Knowledge and experience in program management.

Nice-to-haves

  • CCEP designation.
  • IAPP designation.
