The Analyst/Programmer position at California State University, Fullerton is a vital role within the Information Technology Services department, specifically in the Development and Application Support team. The role requires a proactive approach to web application design, which includes creating, updating, and maintaining web pages for various departments while ensuring compliance with standards such as Advanced Technology International (ATI) and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI). In addition to web development, the Analyst/Programmer will serve as a system and database administrator, overseeing the management, monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting of database, web, and application servers. This includes developing extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes between IT systems and campus systems. The position also involves implementing security measures to ensure the proper functioning of web and database applications. The Analyst/Programmer will work closely with other IT professionals and stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions that enhance the educational experience at CSUF.
