About the position

As an Analyst, Strategic Sales at RXO, you will be responsible for managing strategic accounts across various lines of business, focusing on account growth through opportunity coordination, reporting, and analytics. This role involves collaborating with Senior Sales, Sales Ops teams, and providing data-driven insights to enhance account performance and resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Support designated Senior Sales with multi-million-dollar engagements, coordinating all aspects of opportunities, bids, and proposals.
  • Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline while providing account-specific analytics.
  • Help resolve account issues internally across multiple lines of business, utilizing problem-solving skills and professional communication.
  • Research and provide data to support strategic accounts across North America, including reporting KPIs from TMS systems and Salesforce.
  • Create and provide sales presentations, quarterly business reviews, and bid strategy presentations for all business units for strategic accounts.
  • Measure win rates and share best practices across all lines of business to develop processes and analytics for future success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
  • 1 year of related experience.
  • Experience with Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field of study.
  • 3 years related experience in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Experience with widely known and emerging tools, technologies, and social applications.
