As the Analytics Reporting Manager for Sales Operations, you will leverage your expertise in business analytics to deliver insightful reports and dashboards that address critical business questions. Your primary focus will be to support the Sales teams in areas such as order forecasting, goal attainment, and sales team performance. This role also entails acting as the Product Owner for the dashboards that the technical delivery teams will build and maintain for your stakeholders in the North American Market. In this position, you will utilize tools like PowerBI and Excel to respond to stakeholder inquiries and deliver data-driven insights. Your responsibilities will include simplifying complex data into comprehensible analyses that generate actionable insights for the business. You will also be tasked with driving the consolidation, standardization, and consistency of reporting and analytics across various business units. You will establish and maintain a portfolio of business-specific performance analytics, conduct discovery and requirements gathering activities with stakeholders, and develop a high-level product roadmap. As the product's ambassador, you will ensure that the product features align with stakeholder needs throughout its lifecycle. Collaboration with the Product Team during delivery sprints for dashboards will be essential, as will partnering with the Data Delivery team to enhance data sources and address data quality issues. You will monitor the quality, integrity, and reliability of analytic products and applications, ensuring their performance and efficiency while staying updated on the latest analytical trends, including Azure technologies in business intelligence and automation.
