About The Position

The Anaplan Model Builder will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Anaplan models to support the organization's forecasting, merchandise planning, and buying processes. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and implement effective solutions for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as an Anaplan Model Builder, certified at level 3, with a focus on merchandise planning or supply chain planning.
• Strong understanding of merchandise planning processes, including demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
• Proficiency in Anaplan modeling and integration with other systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex data and models.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models for merchandise planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
• Integrate data from various sources into Anaplan, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Continuously refine and optimize Anaplan models to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Develop training materials and provide guidance to end-users on Anaplan models.
• Conduct testing and validation of Anaplan models to meet business requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues in Anaplan models and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with merchandise planners, buyers, and merchandisers to translate business requirements into Anaplan solutions.
• Work with Data engineering and BizTech teams to improve data performance.
