About The Position

The Android Software Engineer 2 at Intuit is responsible for developing innovative mobile applications that integrate AI and emerging technologies to enhance customer experiences. Requirements

• BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in developing mobile applications for consumers.
• Experience with Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Knowledge of Jetpack Compose and modern Android frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with web services (consuming or creating) with REST or SOAP.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical issues to different audiences.
• Comprehensive understanding of the software design/architecture process.
• Experience with unit testing and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Basic understanding of AI capabilities, specifically GenAI.
• Ability to work collaboratively across analytics, engineering, product, design, and AI.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of server-side development processes, tools, and technology.
