As an Apartment Leasing Consultant with InterSolutions, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to both current and prospective residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals in finding their ideal living space while ensuring a smooth leasing process. To ensure a seamless transition for new residents, you will inspect apartments to confirm they are move-in ready and make any last-minute adjustments as needed. Your creativity will come into play as you seek out new residents through innovative marketing techniques. You will also manage the lease renewal process and respond promptly to all inquiries via calls, emails, and site visits. This position reports directly to the property manager, and your success will be measured by your ability to engage with diverse personalities and provide outstanding service throughout the leasing process.
