We are searching for a LEASING SPECIALIST for our beautiful luxury apartment community located in Baytown, TX. A LEASING SPECIALIST is very service-oriented and strives to make current residents feel welcome and comfortable in their community. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who has great customer service skills and enjoys helping customers. The role involves managing all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in experience for new residents. In this position, you will respond to inquiries made in person, over the phone, and via email. This includes providing leasing information, making appointments, and creating and following up on maintenance requests. You will greet clients, assess their needs, answer questions, and provide tours of the apartments and community. It is essential to greet prospective residents, qualify them, determine their needs and preferences, and professionally present the community and specific apartments while effectively communicating features and benefits. Additionally, you will be responsible for correctly completing all lease applications, assisting with application verification, and notifying prospective residents of the results. You will also type miscellaneous resident communications as needed, complete all lease paperwork including related addendums, and accept rental payments. Requirements for this position include maintaining good leasing and closing skills, as well as being organized and detail-oriented.
