About the position

As a Specialist at the Apple Store, you will play a crucial role in delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to discover and understand customers' needs, and with the support of your team, match those needs with the right Apple products. This position is not just about selling; it’s about building relationships and fostering loyalty among customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers entering the store, guiding them through their journey by advising, selling, and setting up their new products. In addition to direct customer interactions, you will also engage in various roles within the store, such as maintaining visual merchandising and assisting your team members. Your curiosity and eagerness to learn will keep you informed about the latest products and initiatives, allowing you to apply this knowledge effectively during customer interactions. Training will be provided to ensure your success in this role, and your performance will be evaluated based on both individual and team productivity, as well as the overall performance of the store. Representing Apple with pride, you will find great satisfaction in helping customers develop lifelong relationships with the brand.
