About the position

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. As an Architect at IBM, you'll work with clients to co-create solutions to major real-world challenges by using best practice technologies, tools, techniques, and products to translate system requirements into the design and development of customized systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure solutions for S/4 HANA implementations and migrations by using an agile framework.
• Share technical inputs and best practices to the delivery team to conduct successful outcomes for our clients.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and customize a plan to take their implementations to the next level.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA migrations, SAP sizing, application design, and configuration.
• Strong expertise in both Greenfield and Brownfield migration projects.
• Experience with SAP Landscape Management (LaMa), SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), implementing RISE-related policies and procedures, including BASIS coordination.
• Expertise in disaster recovery (DR) setup for SAP environments.
• Certification from leading hyperscale platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Advanced experience in performance troubleshooting, RCA generation, and tools for SAP environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and cloud integration with strong track record in SAP S/4HANA upgrades and database management (SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
