About the position
BAE Systems is seeking an Application Delivery Management & Analytics Engineer to join our team located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia supporting Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA) efforts to implement the architecture, required services, and facilitate adoption of Army Cloud (cARMY) services. The program provides Information Technology services and technical subject matter expertise (SME) to support overall strategy and migration to cARMY environment that currently includes Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure clouds at IL 2, 4, 5 and 6. The successful candidate designs and develops applications software and systems. Collaborates with hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of data processing systems for product and commercial software. Determines computer user needs, analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls, designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Also, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) and responsible for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) in the DevSecOps pipeline for automated provisioning and operational management of the cARMY service tiers supporting tenants in development, test, and production enclaves. Orchestrate each operational service using automated and configuration managed repeatable processes. Serves on SCRUM teams as required.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of working experience, or High School graduate with 10+ years of experience.
- DoDM 8140.03 Intermediate qualification (e.g. Security+ CA) within 6 months of starting position.
- Must be located within 75 miles of ECMA at Ft. Belvoir, VA.
