About the position

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.

Responsibilities

• Proficient Software Development with Microsoft Technologies: Demonstrate expertise in software development using Microsoft technologies, ensuring high-quality code and efficient application performance.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand product requirements and challenges, proactively addressing issues through analytical problem-solving and strategic software solutions.
• Agile Learning and Technology Integration: Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies, eagerly embracing continuous learning and integrating newfound knowledge to enhance software development processes and product features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Drive Microsoft Power Platform implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy
• Power Platform (mandatory) 3 to 4 Years' Experience on design of Power Platform implementations and using best practices and governance.
• Extensive experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps/Power BI/Power Pages, Power Automate, Virtual Agents, AI Builder in Power Apps) and extend/customize Microsoft apps and services such as Teams, Dynamics 365, Excel, and Word
• Expertise in design and develop custom business apps (Canvas Apps, SharePoint Form Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Pages)
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Data verse

• Extensive experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps/Power BI/Power Pages, Power Automate, Virtual Agents, AI Builder in Power Apps)
