About The Position

The Application Developer/Programmer II role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions, primarily using Microsoft Azure technologies. The position requires a foundational understanding of cloud computing and hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, and Azure DevOps. The developer will be responsible for writing clean, efficient code, maintaining applications and databases, and supporting internal teams by troubleshooting software issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience working through the SDLC, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure solutions; certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET/NET 6, SQL, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery).
• Experience creating and maintaining relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL).
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and relational database systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions.
• Demonstrate understanding of cloud computing concepts and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards.
• Assist in developing and maintaining applications and databases, gathering requirements from Business Analysts.
• Participate in requirements gathering, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining SQL databases and .NET 6 applications.
• Support internal teams by troubleshooting software issues and recommending improvements.
• Stay informed of emerging technologies and recommend innovations to improve productivity.
