Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the configuration and implementation of assigned systems.
  • Support the administrative needs of assigned systems.
  • Create, implement, and maintain dashboards, workflows, system setup, and access as needed.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by reviewing processes.
  • Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together.
  • Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
  • Make recommendations for future upgrades.
  • Assist with maintaining, installing, and deploying system component upgrades as needed.
  • Assist IT with maintaining system security and availability to specific users.
  • Analyze and isolate issues.
  • Evaluate and modify system performance.
  • Identify end user needs and areas of opportunity for efficiencies and optimization.
  • Maintain integrity of assigned systems.
  • Evaluate and implement new technology and system improvements as needed.
  • Create and monitor support cases with vendors supporting lines of business.
  • Partner appropriately with other IT departments to address any needs.
  • Train staff as necessary on upgrades and new software/hardware.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Microsoft designation.
  • High school diploma and GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field preferred.
