The ideal candidate should have experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and patching of RightCrowd PIAM software applications. They should be proficient in Google Cloud technologies, troubleshooting, and identifying issues in integrated systems such as CCure. The candidate should be able to create monitoring alerts, analyze log files, and deploy applications on IIS servers in both on-premise and cloud environments. Knowledge of Clustering, High Availability, and Disaster Recovery (DR) is essential. Expertise in optimizing RightCrowd PIAM software applications and databases is also required. Multitasking, customer interaction skills, and detailed documentation are essential. Strong communication abilities and excellence in customer-facing situations are a requirement. The role involves identifying and prioritizing issues arising within integrated systems such as HR Applications, CCure, and RC Adapter. Proactive monitoring of RightCrowd application log files and identification of issues is crucial. Supporting application deployments onto Internet Information Services (IIS) servers that are hosted in both On-Premise and Cloud environments is a key responsibility. The candidate will also design and implement automated solutions for recurrent challenges, optimize the performance of the RightCrowd application and associated database, and communicate with the client thoroughly detailing technical issues and solutions. Additionally, the role includes application upgrades and applying security patches, as well as documenting all significant milestone details and creating playbooks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with RightCrowd PIAM and integration with PACS such as CCure.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with RightCrowd PIAM.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with GCP and/or AWS.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with CCure PACS.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Internet Information Services (IIS) servers.
  • Knowledge of MS SQL.
  • Experience with application upgrades and patching.
  • Familiarity with Disaster Recovery (DR).
