Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasound examinations as ordered by physicians.
- Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Operate ultrasound equipment to obtain high-quality images of internal organs and tissues.
- Analyze images to identify any abnormalities or pathologies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures thoroughly.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals for precise interpretation of imaging results.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
- ARDMS certification required.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
