Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate leadership and set the example to drive the team toward achieving company goals.
  • Mentor and shadow new hires to accelerate their ramp-up and help them start earning quickly.
  • Foster a competitive, results-driven sales culture that motivates the team to unlock their full potential.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, providing detailed reports to the Regional Director to keep goals on target.
  • Strategically assign leads to sales reps based on territory, expertise, and availability, maximizing conversion potential.
  • Coach the team on proven lead generation strategies to enhance effectiveness and sales outcomes.
  • Regularly update and manage the lead database (Spotio) to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Analyze lead data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for continual improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong strategic thinker with sharp analytical skills.
  • Excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
