In this role, you will collaborate with our engineering team to pitch innovative product lines and marketing strategies, making a significant impact in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Meet/exceed monthly and annual sales objectives per assigned territory/accounts.
  • Identify new distribution opportunities and expand distribution within assigned accounts.
  • Promote sales of products and maintain forecasts through the proper use of distribution.
  • Manage customer complaints; prepare customer returns in accordance with company policy.
  • Call on potential users and develop user sales/conversations with distribution.
  • Execute merchandising programs as directed in line with country strategy.
  • Measure performance of promotional and new product activity with key end users.
  • Report to management on sales activities, opportunities, and other developments in the territory.

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B Sales experience (within construction, building materials and/or power tools industry)
  • Strong negotiating, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a proven sales track record
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel (SAP experience is preferred)
  • Must reside in the territory for this position (Los Angeles area)
