Responsibilities

  • Foster collaborative partnerships with operations and the sales team to devise and implement strategic growth initiatives within the area, ensuring the attainment of business objectives.
  • Lead and guide the area sales team in promoting TheKey's services, with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Dedicate time in the field with the HCL team, emphasizing on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and professional development of the sales team.
  • Accompany HCLs on sales calls, providing real-time feedback and support to drive performance and improve client engagement.
  • Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote TheKey's brand and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to create brand awareness and generate new clients.
  • Conduct regular assessments of team members' performance, ensuring accountability in surpassing growth Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and achieving set goals.
  • Recognize and nurture high-potential individuals within the team, providing comprehensive support in areas such as onboarding, ongoing training, performance enhancement, and career progression.
  • Guide the sales team to effectively target and engage with the ideal client profile, aligning with company goals.
  • Collaborate closely with operations to optimize the process of client acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor client feedback and satisfaction, implementing improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Actively participate in strategic meetings with sales leadership and operations, representing the sales division for this area.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
  • Generate and analyze regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the home care or healthcare industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on field-based coaching and development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
