About the position

The Consignment Service Technician at Enovis plays a crucial role in the Field Services Team, focusing on transforming patient care in the orthopedic setting through effective management of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) consignment locations. This position involves maintaining inventory, evaluating customer needs, and collaborating with sales and operations to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned territory to achieve service goals.
  • Maintain inventory and documentation for DME consignment locations.
  • Evaluate customer clinic needs and collaborate with Sales and Inventory Teams to improve DME consignment program performance.
  • Maintain operational targets and metrics, collaborating with Sales and Operations to overcome challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to compliance and ethics programs, government healthcare regulations, and HIPAA requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with inventory and/or customer service.
  • General working knowledge of customer service-related practices required.
  • Valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance required.
  • Must satisfy third-party credentialing requirements to access hospital accounts.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with inventory management software and/or order processing systems preferred.
