Responsibilities

• Help concept development for campaign ideas, brand identities, and a broad array of marketing materials including digital and print.
• Utilize strong design and storytelling skills to elevate the company’s brand identity and drive marketing initiatives.
• Continuously innovate, bringing fresh ideas and novel solutions to improve processes and designs.
• Strive to understand client businesses and tailor creative ideas to help differentiate them in the market.
• Present creative concepts and justify design decisions by tying them back to client business goals and objectives.
• Help contribute to the production of photo/video content with a commitment to quality and innovation.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to develop cohesive, creative outcomes.
• Take ownership of projects, from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision and goals.
• Help manage deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards in all creative outputs.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience with a robust portfolio showcasing strong design/conceptual capabilities and an understanding of brand storytelling.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving capability with a passion for innovation in both thought and execution.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to adapt to fast-paced environments.

• Ability to help execute creative solutions across platforms such as digital, print, brand identity, and multimedia.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Motion graphics and video editing experience a plus (ie After Effects, Premier Pro).
• Candidates must submit a portfolio to be considered for the role and should expect to deliver a portfolio review as part of the interview process.

Benefits

• Expected salary range of $70,000 - $90,000
