Responsibilities

  • Design and execute integrated, cross-channel advertising initiatives.
  • Create and communicate concepts that intrigue and inspire peers and clients.
  • Design comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts and final deliverables.
  • Brainstorm and develop campaigns while working with clients on multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with copywriters to ensure that copy and visuals are in sync.
  • Assist the Creative Director to improve the Creative group's technical and creative performance.

Requirements

  • Energy, a sense of humor, and an open and curious mind.
  • An eye for detail, exceptional conceptual and design skills.
  • A robust portfolio that shows talent in both print and Web.
  • Strong experience on large cross-channel and/or direct-marketing initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • In-depth understanding of design systems, HTML/dHTML and Web browser capabilities.
  • Strong typographical, motion graphic and interaction design skills.
  • Knowledgeable in AI and other emerging platforms.
  • A willingness to travel as needed.
  • A four-year degree, plus two to four years of art direction and strong digital design work experience.
  • A knack for strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution.
