As a senior creative professional, the successful candidate will serve as a source of inspiration and motivation for the team, encouraging them to consistently elevate the expression of our brand to be both distinctive and strategically aligned.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with internal creative staff to conceptualize, present and execute seasonal campaigns
  • Designing and delivering campaigns across all channels, social, e-commerce, CRM, paid media, organic social, etc.
  • Coordinating with photoshoot team to ensure high-quality, on-brand product photography
  • Directing the overall aesthetic of editorial fashion shots and product shots, both on location and in studio
  • Directing and overseeing video production
  • Leading the selection of final assets for editing and various uses to maintain brand consistency
  • Partnering with Senior Creative leaders to develop and implement creative processes, strategies, and style guides
  • Overseeing and mentoring a team of creative professionals
  • Working closely with Creative and Brand Identity teams to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Staying informed on cultural events and trends to inspire creative concepts and enhance brand experiences
  • Maintaining open communication with key stakeholders across functions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in photography, advertising, design or a related field
  • 7+ years as a creative leader in photo and video art direction and graphic design
  • Portfolio that demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of design, photography and campaign branding
  • Experience working with remote teams and photographers across multiple locations
  • Experience in video production
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
