About the position
Dunellen High School is seeking an Art Teacher for the 2024-25 school year. This position is a full-time, tenure track role that will involve teaching art to high school students. The teacher will be responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment that fosters creativity and artistic expression among students.
Responsibilities
- Teach art classes to high school students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the art program.
Requirements
- Must be a certified Teacher of Art.
- Criminal History approval from the State of NJ.
- Full-time availability.
