About the position
We are seeking a Bilingual Teacher for Grade 6, effective September 1, 2024. This position requires a dedicated individual who can effectively communicate and engage with students, staff, parents, and the community. The teacher will be responsible for diagnosing student strengths and weaknesses and matching these skills with appropriate techniques and materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mastery of pedagogical and subject matter skills, as well as expertise in designing and implementing standards-based instruction, in accordance with NJ Curriculum standards.
Responsibilities

- Design and implement standards-based instruction.
- Engage with students, staff, parents, and the community effectively.
Requirements
- NJ Elementary Certificate and Middle/High School Highly Qualified-Bilingual Certified
- Possess interpersonal skills with students, staff, parents & community
- Mastery of pedagogical and subject matter skills
- Knowledge of NJ Curriculum standards
