The manager must communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies/procedures to both new and existing clients, negotiate terms and agreements to finalize sales, and secure deals. A thorough knowledge of company product information is essential, as is staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly and identify new opportunities. Additionally, the Direct Sales Account Manager ensures that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time, striving to provide an exceptional customer experience while meeting monthly quota goals consistently. The role also involves developing new business and maintaining existing business relationships, preparing and presenting customized client solutions to a diverse customer base in a competitive landscape, and effectively communicating the benefits of all product offerings to customers. This position requires tracking of time and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and it is also incentive eligible, allowing for potential earnings based on performance.
