About The Position

Requirements

• 2+ years of assembly experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with small piece assembly.
• Detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small medical parts using hand tools and microscopes.
• Operate equipment such as adhesive dispensers, vertical shrinkers, braiders, tipping machines, drilling, punching, and measuring devices.
• Maintain accurate written records of materials used, procedures followed, and inspection features on supplied data forms.
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers.
• Track materials, tools, and procedures during device manufacturing.
• Ensure incoming materials meet purchase order specifications.
• Support project leaders with modifications to written procedures and suggest improvements.
• Perform testing of devices or components according to written protocols and test procedures.
