About The Position

We are currently seeking 4 Screw Machine Operators/Set-Up for a Medical Device company located in Lake Forest. The positions are available for both 1st and 2nd shifts. The ideal candidates will be responsible for setting up machines and assisting operators with the setup process. Additionally, they will run the first article inspection and perform in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Attention to detail is crucial, as the medical device industry requires meticulous paperwork and traceability. Candidates will also assist with program optimization to meet quality and production goals, while keeping the workplace organized.

Requirements

• Attention to detail for paperwork and traceability
• Experience with various measuring tools (indicators, micrometers, calipers, optical comparator)
• Experience selecting cutting tools and work-holding solutions
• Experience with Citizen Swiss Lathes (M-Series, L-Series), CAV, and Tryton Barloaders
• Experience with Precipitation Hardened Stainless Steels, feeds, and speeds
