About the position

Responsible for managing all aspects of a small portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties including operations and financial activities. Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with maintenance staff to resolve problems. Maintain positive relationships and high retention levels with residents and installation leadership. Respond to all problems and concerns and ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Interact regularly with property owners to ensure that objectives are being met. Oversee the preparation of accurate, timely and complete reports. Support the planning, budgeting and control of operation capital expenditures. Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, management plans, monthly performance reports, and variance reports. The APM will work with project manager on managing customer service reps and building managers within the region and assist with data capture and various reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in a related field/discipline and project management certification OR three (3) years of experience in the property management field/discipline.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ten (10) years of experience in the property management field/discipline.
  • Five (5) years of experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Five (5) years of USMC experience.
