Asset Protection Manager

About the position

Plans, develops, and executes a comprehensive asset protection program for the field. Designs program methodologies that drive partnerships with internal stakeholders and delivers profit improvements through shrink elimination.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes an asset protection program in the field.
• Plans, develops, and executes short- and long-term strategies to protect company assets, including physical security critical infrastructure, operational excellence, and loss elimination.
• Coordinates and maintains partnerships with all company departments to positively impact asset protection metrics.
• Develops high quality training to support loss elimination.
• Evaluates operational processes for areas of opportunity and shrink elimination and develops plans to mitigate losses.
• Establishes standards and performance expectations for asset protection goals.
• Identifies theft and fraud activity within the field and partners with management to resolve cases.
• Manages a team of asset protection professionals, including performance managing, coaching, and providing opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• May require certification.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
