Our consumer business provides digital solutions for customers to better spend, borrow, invest, and save. In this role, you will support the oversight of over 200 Administrative Assistants across Asset & Wealth Management Americas. You will develop a strategic communications plan with the administrative assistant population to enhance connectivity and drive project management related to event planning, including townhalls and milestone achievements. You will create and maintain onboarding guides for all new administrative assistant hires to ensure consistency in onboarding experiences and build training programs to enhance knowledge of existing and new resources. Additionally, you will assist with various operational functions, including time management approvals, non-compensation budget management, and reporting management systems. You will support the management of CW Floater Admins and coverage requests, working with the Admin Manager and Divisional Management to allocate assistant coverage in coordination with Business Unit COOs. Regular catchups with the assistant population will be organized, and you will provide support for ad-hoc queries. Building relationships with various internal stakeholders, including Business Unit Managers and Business Unit COOs, is essential. You will also assist in sourcing and recruiting new admin hires, including interview scheduling and headcount recommendations, and coordinate with CW management during the CW lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Support the oversight of 200+ Administrative Assistants across Asset & Wealth Management America.

  • Build and maintain training programs for administrative assistant population across the division.
  • Develop best practice and procedure documents for relevant firm platforms.
  • Assist with various operational functions including time management approvals, non-compensation budget management, and reporting management systems.
  • Support the management of CW Floater Admins and coverage requests.
  • Work with Admin Manager and Divisional Management to allocate assistant coverage in coordination with Business Unit COOs.
  • Organize regular catchups with assistant population across the division and provide support for ad-hoc queries.
  • Build relationships with various internal stakeholders including Business Unit Managers and Business Unit COOs.
  • Assist in the sourcing and recruiting of new admin hires, including interview scheduling and headcount recommendations.
  • Coordinate with CW management during CW lifecycle - recruitment, feedback process, contract extensions, and conversion process to permanent employment.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with RMS, Cyborg, Anaplan, Fieldglass and related internal systems is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Sharepoint, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
