About the position

Elements Massage Troy is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the sales and operational growth of the massage studio. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring a high-quality experience, and contributing to the studio's overall success through effective leadership and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Comfortable and motivated with sales, providing training on the proven sales process to sell Wellness Programs, gift cards, upgrades, and more.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clientele by creating a safe environment and an excellent experience every time.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills to effectively schedule and manage appointments in person and over the phone.
  • Communicate and collaborate with teammates who bring uniqueness to the business.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to problem solve.
  • Help keep the studio clean and well-maintained, contributing to the studio's 5-star reviews for cleanliness.
  • Bring positive energy to the workplace, fostering a fun environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in management in a spa environment.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Customer service oriented with the ability to identify and problem solve.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience with Mind Body Software is a plus.
