Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of visual marketing content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Develop video content that enhances brand awareness and showcases the company's expertise in cybersecurity, enterprise integration, and healthcare modernization.
• Help produce animated videos that highlight career opportunities, company culture, and employee testimonials.
• Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions to enhance design projects.
• Support in developing timing and pacing of motion based on audio requirements.
• Help record dialogue for animations when necessary.
• Assist in project management from beginning to end, adhering to financial and time constraints.
• Work with the HR team to develop recruitment videos for job postings and career fairs.
• Illustrate images based on storyboard frames provided by the marketing team scripts.
• Research and stay up to date with the latest trends in animation and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent design language across various channels.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th-year student to receive a bachelor's degree in a digital arts field, or recently graduated.
• Familiarity and experience in creating animated content (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Animate, etc.).
• Strong creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing diverse animation work, including various digital materials.
• Collaborative attitude with the ability to work in a team environment.
