This role is second in command under the Property Manager and involves maintaining resident files in OneSite, managing rent payments through the resident portal, addressing delinquent accounts, reviewing Final Accounting Statements (FAS), and preparing legal documents. The Assistant Property Manager will also support the turnover process for new leases and lease renewals.
