Requirements

Responsibilities

• Drive class reunion giving growth with creative, results-driven fundraising strategies.
• Lead the expansion and implementation of impactful volunteer opportunities, including Alumni Peer Agents and Elon Day Champions.
• Collaborate with the Annual Giving team to ensure the success of Elon Day and various annual giving campaigns.
• Manage a portfolio of 25+ alumni, encouraging them to stay connected and involved with the university.
• Coordinate milestone class reunions by recruiting and supporting reunion committee volunteers.
• Utilize technology, including Raisers Edge, to support fundraising initiatives and manage alumni data.
• Build strong relationships with volunteers through regular communication and support.
• Oversee a comprehensive communications timeline for volunteer programs and deliver impactful content.
• Inspire and support the Coordinator of Annual Giving in their work with reunions and portfolios.
• Collaborate with departmental leaders to establish goals and develop operating plans for annual giving.
