The position also involves providing advice and consultation related to various aspects of Nursing/Allied Health to other campus managers, supervising the maintenance and evaluation of student records, and ensuring eligibility for benefits from other agencies and programs. The Assistant Director will supervise assigned employees, participate in personnel selection, schedule and assign work, and ensure proper staffing levels and workloads. They will also direct, evaluate, and train personnel to maintain consistency and accuracy in activities. Additionally, the Assistant Director will assist with budget preparation, monitor expenditures, and prepare various reports as required. This position requires a strong understanding of Nursing/Allied Health laws and regulations, as well as the ability to respond to inquiries and complaints from students, administrators, staff, and faculty. The Assistant Director will also oversee special events such as graduations and national recognitions of Nursing/Allied Health programs, ensuring that all operations align with the college's mission and objectives.
