About the position

The Assistant General Manager of Sales at MGM WHSmith North America is responsible for overseeing front of house and sales operations for a designated group of retail stores located within casinos and resorts. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of management experience in a retail environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong customer service and sales management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
