The Assistant Manager - Compensation & Benefits will oversee employee compensation, benefits programs, payroll processing, and various HR functions within a banking industry setting. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Stay informed about trends, regulations, and best practices in compensation, benefits, payroll, and human resources.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience with payroll, benefits, compensation, and HR functions.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance issues.
  • Proficiency in ADP WFN preferred, along with Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
