About The Position

The Assistant Manager at Buckle plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager and Leadership Team in driving sales, recruiting, and training new team members. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months of related retail experience or training.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel as required.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver 30lbs throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests in locating merchandise and fulfilling their needs.

• Coach and develop new teammates to meet Buckle's standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is organized.
• Handle operational tasks including opening and closing checklists, inventory management, and loss prevention procedures.
• Participate in recruiting efforts and assist in training new hires.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager regarding team performance and store operations.
• Demonstrate leadership by maintaining high standards in the absence of the Store Manager.
