About the position
The Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager (ANSM) at Stanley Martin Companies plays a crucial role in supporting the Neighborhood Sales Manager and ensuring the success of the sales office. This position focuses on providing exceptional customer service to homebuyers, managing sales materials, and maintaining the model home environment. The ANSM is responsible for engaging with prospects, assisting with the home buying process, and collaborating with corporate marketing to promote neighborhood events.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Neighborhood Sales Manager in setting up the sales office for success.
- Greet prospects and appointments upon arrival at the model home.
- Maintain organization of brochure materials and sales documents.
- Audit sales and marketing materials for accuracy, including website content.
- Communicate with homebuyers regarding their home progress and loan information.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing to announce events and submit listing information.
- Ensure the neighborhood is visually appealing and meets sales goals.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various software systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to review marketing materials and sales contracts.
- Excellent organizational skills to track prospect outreach and sales needs.
- Ability to work until 6 PM and on weekends.
- Motivated by competition and driven to achieve sales goals.
