About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager and Promoter to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This role is essential in maintaining a productive workplace and supporting our team in achieving organizational goals. The ideal candidate will also work as a product promoter, using various channels to influence purchasing decisions and create a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, including administrative tasks and clerical duties.
  • Ensure all office equipment is running and working properly.
  • Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing phone inquiries.
  • Drive to different promotional locations as needed.
  • Load and distribute IR products at different locations.
  • Interact with customers, both in-person and online, to generate interest and encourage purchases.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in team management and administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in office management practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with calendar management tools and software applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (1 year preferred).
  • Administrative experience (1 year preferred).
  • Ability to relocate to Wellington, FL before starting work (preferred).
