Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior experience leading others is required.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary certifications as required.
  • Ability to learn, adapt, and seek new skills and experiences.
  • Experience ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Efficient and effective use of time and resources.
  • Demonstrate integrity, pride, and passion in daily work.
  • For Bakery: 1 year or more of experience as a Baker is required.
  • For Meat: Knowledge of processing different cuts of meat and previous experience in a meat department is required.
