Responsibilities

  • Drive the creation and implementation of executive education programs and events.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders including business partners, faculty, staff, and vendors.
  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute programming that upholds the integrity of the Daniels School of Business.
  • Lead projects from conceptualization to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Engage with business partners and faculty to create programs that deliver outstanding value.
  • Contribute to the strategic plan by optimizing business resources and identifying issues.
  • Work with various teams to ensure the success of programs and clients.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required.
  • Five (5) years of experience in customer relationship management, educational program development, or project management.
  • Experience working in a corporate setting.
  • Comfortable working with executives.
  • Prior knowledge/use of Salesforce and other CRM platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • MS or MBA preferred.
  • 2 years of experience working with executives in customer relationship management or project management role.
  • Experience planning and executing professional sales calls or meetings.
  • Proficiency with budgeting and budget management.
